The Sega Game Gear is a handheld device which was created by Sega. It was meant to compete with Nintendo's Game Boy, but despite it's great variety in gaming titles, it never acheived surpassing the Game Boy's success.

While it surpassed other handheld systems like the Atari Lynx and TurboExpress, the Game Gear's short battery life, lack of originality and weak support sealed it's ultimate demise.

Only one Kishin Douji Zenki game was released for the system, named Kishin Douji Zenki, and a jump-and-run game with good graphics and fluent controls.

More about the game can be read in its corresponding article.
