Kishin Douji Zenki Games

Battle Raiden Stage 3-2 second
Chiaki Tenchi Meidou

5 games of based on the Kishin Douji Zenki series were released in 1995 and 1996. They were mainly released by Hudson Soft, but there was also one game that was released by Sega.

So far, only the first SNES game has been translated into English by a group of fans that call themselves Dynamic Designs. They have done a pretty good job by staying close to the original material.

The Kishin Douji Zenki games were ahead of their time and are still enjoyable today. This is mainly because of their great gameplay, controls, soundtrack, backstories and cutscenes.

The most mentionable game here is probably Vajura Fight for the NEC PC-FX, which even features a few video seqences from the Kishin Douji Zenki anime and a few original ones that were never shown anywhere else.
